Tidal Warning System for the Lakeland District

We have begun the installation of a Tidal Hazard Warning System for South Lakeland District. This Flood Warning System will be operated by the Local Authority and Coastguard Service to alert the area in the face of fast incoming tides. The System offers Alerting Tones, Voice Messages and Live Public Address.
